Full HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning completed for a North Coast hospitality project.

The package covered supply and installation of the full heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system across guest, back-of-house, and public areas. Working alongside the main contractor, our engineers sequenced delivery to keep pace with the fit-out programme without compromising on quality checks.

Testing and commissioning followed a structured plan: equipment functional tests, balancing of air and water systems, and witnessed performance verification against the project specification. Each subsystem was signed off before integrated testing of the building as a whole.

With commissioning complete, the client moves into the season with a system documented end to end — from as-built drawings to operation and maintenance manuals and operator training.
