Project Description
The Cairo Festival City development encompasses approximately 69,400 acres and is designed to accommodate roughly 2,000,000 residents upon completion. This represents "a major addition to Egypt real estate market" and serves as a natural expansion of Nasr City, located 5km away.
Scope of Work
Argonaut was contracted for Engineering, Procurement and Construction services comprising two buildings:
- Administrative Building: An offices structure overlooking the site entrance with approximately 5,000 square meters of net area
- Facility Building: A restaurant facility located behind the administrative building with approximately 305 square meters of net area
These site offices function as the temporary operational headquarters for AL Futtaim activities throughout the entire development site.
