Description
Cairo Festival City Mall is a regional shopping center spanning 158,000 square meters across three levels. The facility features major anchors including IKEA furniture, Carrefour hypermarket, and four department stores.
Argonaut was selected by Al-Futtaim Group to execute the electro-mechanical scope of phase one of the upgrade. The project value reached approximately 5 million Egyptian pounds, with execution running from December 2016 through August 2017.
